A RICS Surveyor valued the property at £57k, but the total amount secured on the house came back at £55k. Again, no deal there! Actually we bought the house at £42.5k, giving another £1.5k to the original owners who were delighted. We still have £15k equity in the property!

Want the proof?  Well a helluvalot went into this deal and the completion statement may not make a whole lot of sense.  But it clearly shows that we cashed out at over £33,000!  have a look at it.
