I've developed this toolbar to assist me with my valuations.  Valuations used to take me ages and was a tiresome process.  Basically, I got tired of punching in postcodes time after time in various different sites to ascertain the market value of properties - critical in this market.

Now, using this toolbar I can take down the time it takes me to value a property to under 10 minutes!  All I do is type in the postcode once and the toolbar opens 14 different valuation websites - all with search results relevant to your postcode (where possible)!
